SAFEX APP Update Announcement

Dear SAFEX Users,

We plan to submit a new version of the SAFEX App to the App Store for review at 17:00 (UTC+8) on April 18. Please take note of the following information during this period:

📱 iOS Users 🔹 During the Review Period (April 18–21):

• SAFEX will temporarily be unsearchable in the App Store for users outside of the U.S. Apple ID region.

• Alternative Access: You can download and experience the latest version in advance via TestFlight. 👉 TestFlight Download Link

🔹 Expected Availability:

• If the review goes smoothly, the app will be available for download from the App Store again after April 21.

🤖 Android Users ✅ No impact — you can continue using the latest version without any issues.

💡 Friendly Reminder

• The TestFlight version has the same features and shared data as the official version. You can use it with confidence.

• If you encounter any issues during download or installation, please contact our official support team.
