On February 21, 2025 (Beijing time 17:19 - 17:21), the SAFEX trading system experienced a brief fluctuation, which affected the Candlestick data of the ETH/USDT trading pair. The system was fully restored by 17:22, and we are committed to providing the highest industry standard compensation plan to maximize the protection of user interests.

To safeguard user rights, we will offer the highest level of compensation to ensure affected users are reasonably compensated. The specific compensation logic and plan are as follows:

Compensation Plan

1. Liquidated Orders

   • For orders liquidated due to the abnormal fluctuation, we will fully compensate the loss amount.

2. Stop-loss Orders

   • For stop-loss orders triggered by the abnormal fluctuation, we will fully compensate the loss amount.

3. Orders during the Abnormal Time Period

   • Long Orders:

     • If your execution price is higher than Binance's lowest price for the minute, we will compensate the difference.

     • Compensation amount = (Execution price - Binance's lowest price for the minute) × Order quantity.

   • Short Orders:

     • If your execution price is lower than Binance's highest price for the minute, we will compensate the difference.

     • Compensation amount = (Binance's highest price for the minute - Execution price) × Order quantity.

• Short Order Compensation Price: Based on Binance’s minute-level lowest price.

• Long Order Compensation Price: Based on Binance’s minute-level highest price.
