Setting Up Two-Factor Authentication[App]

1. Open the SAFEX App, tap the profile icon in the top left corner of the homepage, then tap [Account Security].

2. Tap [Authenticator] under the security settings.

3. Enter your email verification code, then tap [Next].

4. Copy and back up the key

You will be prompted to download a compatible authenticator app from your app store.

⚠️ Important Notes:

• Make sure to back up your Google Authenticator key properly. If you lose or change your phone without the key, you may not be able to rebind or log in to your account. Deleting the account in your authenticator app without saving the key will result in login issues. Please proceed with caution.

• Withdrawals will be disabled for 6 hours after binding the authenticator.

5. Open your Google Authenticator app, tap the “+” icon, and select “Enter a setup key”.

You can enter any account name, and set the key type to Time-based. After entering the key, tap [Add] to complete setup.

6. Return to the SAFEX app, enter the verification code displayed in your authenticator app as prompted to complete the binding.
